Several major new features are coming soon to TC Smart:

Smart Document Management. The Document Management module allows any arbitrary document to be attached directly to a contact’s history, simply by dragging files from your filer/explorer window directly onto the contact history. Add rich meta information to each document. Edit documents and changes are automatically uploaded to the database. Thumbnails automatically generated where supported. -
Global Search. Find anything anywhere in TC Smart from one simple search dialog. Seach for contacts by partial phone number, email or physical address, or even notes. Search for text inside supported documents.

Network Scanning Support. Scan documents from your networked office scanner directly into TC Smart.

Integrated Email Inbox. One centralised place for all customer-related emails to be found. Customer messages can appear automatically in the Message Centre, and also in their contact history.

Duplicate Statistics Checking. You are now warned if you try to enter the same statistic more than once.
